The Base for robots – EasyPedestal from EasyRobotics is the ideal solution for positioning a robot on lathes, conveyor belts or as a palletizing solution.
The structure is made of 6 mm thick powder-coated steel with integrated cable ducts. By anchoring the base with dowels, we ensure absolute stability and guarantee maximum utilisation of the robot.
With the Base for robots, the robot arm can move 360 degrees around the centre of the cell.
Two different versions of the EasyPedestal are available: the Base version and the Pro version. The Base version includes a base onto which virtually any standard robot fits. The robot’s controller is positioned next to it. The Pro version features a cover around the robot’s controller, providing additional protection against liquids and unauthorised access.
There is also the option to attach one or three worktables around the column. This offers a major advantage when loading machines or for temporary storage on conveyor belts.
The Base for robots includes a compartment for the control unit to protect critical components from dangerous collisions, oils, etc. There is also space here for other equipment. The base is 930 mm high from the floor and weighs 120 kg. The ase for robots – EasyPedestal from EasyRobotics – can be used either on its own or in combination with the popular ProFeeder or the ProFeeder Compact. This makes it possible to feed different workpieces to a machine or to carry out several processes simultaneously.
