Samsys MultiLoad 20 CNC robot solution
The Multi Load 20 CNC robot solution offers you a cost-effective entry point into automated machine loading. Equipped with a Dobot CR20A with IP68, the system reliably handles workpieces weighing up to 16 kilograms. This enables you to increase the uptime of your CNC machines and relieve your staff of repetitive loading and unloading tasks.
Three standard storage racks in different sizes are available to ensure the organised supply of raw and finished parts. This allows the solution to be flexibly adapted to different component dimensions, batch sizes and production tasks.
Programming is carried out via a user interface developed in-house by Samsys. New components and storage positions can be set up quickly using just a few parameters – without the need for complex robot programming. The Multi Load 20 is suitable for almost all CNC lathes and milling machines. The required interface is individually adapted to the respective machine, enabling reliable integration into your existing production process.
EasyDesk CNC robot solution
The EasyDesk CNC robot solution offers you a compact and well-organised automation solution for lathes and milling machines. With the tray version, you can place raw and finished parts in an organised manner directly onto the work surface.
The robot controller is integrated into the EasyDesk housing to save space and is easily accessible at any time via the hinged doors at the front. The lateral mounting of the robot makes it much easier to load components into the main and counter spindles as well as into the chuck. The EasyDesk really comes into its own, particularly with small and medium batch sizes.
This solution utilises, amongst other components, the UR12e from Universal Robots, the 3FG15 three-finger gripper from OnRobot, an automatic CNC door and the EasyDesk from EasyRobotics.
ProFeeder Flex Three CNC robotic solution
A CNC robot solution based on the ProFeeder Flex Three gives you maximum flexibility in material feeding. The individual tables can be positioned as required and tailored precisely to your specific application.
Thanks to its mobile design, you can, for example, release the ProFeeder Flex from its locking mechanism whilst setting up the machine and then re-secure it exactly in the same position without the need for additional measuring equipment. There is no need to reprogram the unit. You can use both trays and boxes on the tables, allowing you to respond flexibly to different components.
Equipment used includes the UR12e from Universal Robots, the 3FG15 three-finger gripper from OnRobot, an automatic CNC door and the ProFeeder Flex from EasyRobotics.
ProFeeder Tray CNC robot solution
Die CNC-Roboterlösung ProFeeder Tray ist ideal, wenn du deine Maschinen mit Trays strukturiert und wiederholgenau beladen möchtest. Sie kombiniert die Flexibilität des ProFeeder-Systems mit einer klaren Organisation von Roh- und Fertigteilen.
Auch diese Lösung lässt sich für Rüstvorgänge einfach lösen und anschließend wieder exakt positionieren, ohne dass ein erneutes Einmessen oder Nachprogrammieren notwendig ist. Dadurch eignet sich der ProFeeder Tray besonders für Serienfertigungen mit definierten Bauteilformaten und stabilen Prozessen.
In dieser Lösung werden unter anderem der UR10e von Universal Robots, der ProFeeder Tray von EasyRobotics, der Drei-Finger-Greifer 3FG15 von OnRobot sowie eine automatische CNC-Tür eingesetzt.
