Spindle Liner
Reliable material guidance within the spindle
A spindle Liner, also known as a spindle insert tube, is used to ensure the material is guided safely within the spindle. Without a Spindle Liner, the gap between the spindle pull tube and the material can be several millimetres, which can lead to vibrations, noise and poor machining results.
Using a precisely fitted spindle liner ensures that the material is guided smoothly and centred. This ensures quiet operation, increases process reliability and protects both the machine and the workpiece. The Spindle Liner is individually tailored to your lathe and the material to be machined.
Shifting Devices for Bar Feeders
Convenient access to the spindle
Thanks to the design of our systems, Shifting Devices are not always essential. Spindle Liners can be inserted without the bar feeder having to be moved out of the way, and access to the spindle remains unobstructed.
For added convenience, however, it is possible to fit Bar Feeders with Shifting Devices. Various designs are available, which can be selected depending on space constraints and the machine configuration. We’ll help you choose the right solution.
Uni-Erector
Loading special materials safely and flexibly
The Uni-Straightener is an optional extension for loading special materials. It enables a wide variety of profile shapes to be fed into the system precisely and reliably.
Conversion to other special materials is quick and straightforward. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, the Bar Feeder remains fully usable for loading standard materials.
Mini Shaft Loader
Solution for short bars and remnants
The Mini Shaft Loader has been specially developed for processing short bars. If remnants are produced whilst working with bar-loading magazines, these can be efficiently processed further using the Mini Shaft Loader.
In combination with a Multi 3000 or Multi 4000, short bars can be loaded reliably. At the same time, the Bar Feeder can still be used in its 1.6-metre version.
The bar changeover time for short bars is around five to seven seconds. Diameters ranging from five to 100 millimetres can be processed, with bar lengths of approximately 40 to 140 millimetres. Other lengths are available on request.
