Automatic unloading systems automate the removal of workpieces from lathes and ensure a consistent, safe flow of material. They reduce the need for manual intervention, minimise non-productive time and ease the workload on operating staff. At the same time, they protect workpieces and the machine from damage during the unloading process.

Remove using a gripper
Unloading via the counter-spindle
The Remove with gripper is ideal for unloading via the counter-spindle. The workpieces are gripped at the bar end and pulled through the spindle into the automatic unloading unit. There, they are gently placed on a material tray and can be removed during the process.
A status display and Shifting Device are integrated as standard. The Remove with gripper is customised to suit the diameter, bar length and Drehmaschine. Special functions, such as the ejection of short bars, are available.

Unloading via the main spindle
The Remove with unloading tube is suitable for unloading via the main spindle. The workpieces are fed into the unloading tube via the counter-spindle and, as the spindle retracts, are ejected in a controlled manner onto a material tray.
This variant also comes as standard with a status display and a Shifting Device. The design is tailored to the specific workpiece, bar length and lathe used.
Accessories for unloading equipment
In addition to the automatic unloading machines, we offer suitable accessories for your lathe. These include, amongst other things, bespoke spindle reduction tubes, also known as spindle insert tubes.
These are manufactured to exact specifications and consist of high-quality support tubes with POM sleeves, which ensure secure guidance and a smooth unloading process.
