Challenges when picking from the box

The system reliably detects the position, orientation and surface texture of the components. Based on this information, the robot calculates the optimal grip point and carries out the retrieval process safely. When combined with a collaborative robot such as the UR12e from Universal Robots, this creates a high-performance and flexible solution for automated parts retrieval.
