MiR250

Compact driverless transport system for confined spaces

The MiR250 impresses with its compact design and high performance. With a footprint of just 580 x 800 millimetres and a height of around 30 centimetres, it transports loads of up to 250 kilograms at speeds of up to two metres per second.

Thanks to its manoeuvrability, the MiR250 navigates safely through aisles as narrow as 80 centimetres. Doors and lifts pose no obstacle to it. The robot is designed for continuous operation and features a quick-change battery. Advanced safety features ensure safe operation during ongoing work.

MiR600

Autonomous pallet handling without forklift trucks

The MiR600 is designed for the automated transport of heavy loads. With an integrated pallet lift, it can pick up, transport and set down pallets autonomously. It therefore replaces traditional forklift trucks in many applications.

With a load capacity of up to 600 kilograms and a speed of up to two metres per second, the MiR600 is ideally suited to production and logistics areas with high material throughput. Its IP52 protection rating makes it resistant to dust and water droplets, allowing it to be used in more demanding environments.

Heavy-duty autonomous guided vehicle for demanding environments

The MiR1350 is a robust autonomous guided vehicle designed for the automated transport of heavy loads and pallets. With a payload of up to 1,350 kilograms, it automates transport tasks that were previously often carried out using potentially hazardous forklift trucks.

The robot is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and 13 TÜV-certified safety functions, and complies with the latest safety standards. Together with the MiR600, it is one of the first autonomous mobile robots with an IP52 protection rating and can therefore also be used in environments unsuitable for other AMR systems.

The MiR1200 Pallet Jack automates the detection, transport and delivery of EU pallets weighing up to 1,200 kilograms at speeds of up to 1.5 metres per second.

The use of machine learning reduces cycle times and increases throughput. The robot operates continuously with automatic battery charging and navigates safely through confined spaces. It integrates seamlessly into existing warehouses and production processes and offers a safe alternative to hand pallet trucks and forklift trucks.
