Multi 4000 EVO
Advanced development for greater convenience and flexibility
The Multi 4000 EVO is the logical evolution of the Multi 4000 and has been specifically designed to provide even easier operation and greater flexibility. The new automatic diameter adjustment significantly reduces setup time and makes changeovers considerably easier in day-to-day production.
An optimised dialog control system with touchscreen, improved mechanics and high-quality Mitsubishi control components ensure a stable, reliable and service-friendly solution. During development, particular attention was also paid to long-term spare parts availability and durability in demanding industrial environments.
Multi 4000
Short bar magazine with modern control technology
The Multi 4000 is the further development of the Multi 3000 and represents the entry into a new generation of bar feeders. A new generation of control technology provides particularly intuitive and user-friendly operation. At the same time, the mechanical design has been improved to provide greater stability and functionality.
In the 1.6-metre version, the Multi 4000 can load bars with diameters of up to 100 millimetres. Round and hexagonal material can be processed as standard, while square and special profiles are also available as options. Various retraction units allow the bar feeder to be moved away from the lathe depending on the available space.
The standard equipment includes two pushers with diameters of 18 and 10 millimetres. An additional 6-millimetre pusher is available as an option.
SamSpindle
Spindle extension for bar lengths up to 1.6 m
The SamSpindle is a high-performance spindle extension required to safely accommodate the maximum bar length of 1.6 metres. It consists of a robust base unit with integrated vibration dampers.
A guide tube, known as the cartridge, is mounted on the base unit. This cartridge contains specially matched bearings and guide bushings that ensure smooth and precise guidance of the bar. This allows longer bars to be processed without compromising spindle performance.
The cartridge length is precisely matched to your spindle. The bearings and guide bushings are individually configured to suit the material being guided.
Accessories for Bar Feeders
In addition to our short bar magazines, we offer suitable accessories for your lathe. These include custom-made spindle liners, also known as spindle reduction tubes.
They are manufactured to fit precisely and consist of high-quality support tubes with POM bushings, ensuring optimum material guidance and smooth, stable operation.
