Multi 4000 EVO

Further Development with Greater Convenience and Flexibility

The Multi 4000 EVO is the logical evolution of the Multi 4000 and was specifically designed for even easier operation and greater flexibility. The new automatic diameter adjustment significantly reduces setup time and simplifies changeovers in day-to-day production.

An optimized dialog-based control system with a touchscreen display, improved mechanics, and high-quality control components from Mitsubishi ensure a stable, reliable, and service-friendly solution. At the same time, the design prioritized long-term spare parts availability and durable operation in industrial environments.

Multi 4000

Further Development with Modern Control Systems

The Multi 4000 is the next evolution of the Multi 3000 and marks the beginning of a new generation of bar feeders. A new generation of control systems featuring high-quality components from Mitsubishi makes operation particularly intuitive and user-friendly.

In its 1.2-meter version, the Multi 4000 can load bars with a diameter of up to 100 millimeters. Round and hexagonal stock are processed as standard; square stock and special materials are also available as options. Various Shifting Devices allow the Bar Feeder to be moved away from the lathe depending on the machine setup.

Samsys Smart

Compact Short-Bar Loader for Limited Floor Space

The Samsys Smart is an exceptionally compact and powerful short-bar loader. With a total length of only about 1.6 meters and a depth of 1.1 meters, it takes up very little space behind the lathe.

It processes round and hexagonal stock with a maximum diameter of 65 millimeters as standard. The integrated X-axis Shifting Device with a travel range of 350 millimeters is included as standard. Two pushers with diameters of 18 and 10 millimeters are part of the standard equipment; a 6-millimeter pusher is available as an option.

Multi 4000 SL

Solution for Machines with a Large Spindle Clearance

The Multi 4000 SL was specifically developed for lathes with a large distance between the spindle end and the machine housing. The standard Z-axis Shifting Device, with a travel range of 700 millimeters, allows for flexible adaptation to different machine designs.

Here, too, bars with diameters of up to 100 millimeters can be processed. Round and hexagonal stock are standard; square and special profiles are available as options. Shifting Devices with longer travel ranges are also available as options.

Accessories for Bar Feeders

In addition to bar feeders, we offer compatible accessories for your lathe. These include, among other things, custom-made spindle liners, also known as spindle insert tubes.
These are precision-manufactured to fit your machine. High-quality support tubes with POM sleeves ensure optimal material guidance and smooth, low-wear operation when loading the bars.
