MiJET Wash Station

The MiJET Wash Station with integrated cleaning basin ensures clean workplaces and oil-free cleaned workpieces.
No electrical connection is required for this. Only a compressed air connection is required.

Application

The wash station consists of a worktable, in which a wash basin with nozzle and a MiJET are installed. The washbasin serves as a pre-cleaning unit, the MiJET then removes excess cleaning agents from the workpieces.

Ideally, the washing station is useful for heavily oiled workpieces as well as for scratch-sensitive parts.
The advantage for easy blowing off of the parts is that oil mist formation is prevented and thus the health of the operator is not endangered. In addition, the working environment remains free of oil.

Functionality

The MiJET Wash Station with integrated cleaning basin ensures clean workplaces and oil-free cleaned workpieces.
Before the first cleaning, the basin is filled with any cleaning liquid until the cycle pump is filled. Then the washing station is ready for use.
The workpieces are placed in the parts basket of the MiJET. Then the parts basket with the workpieces is held in the cleaning fluid and the nozzle is opened. In this way cleaning liquid runs into the cleaning basin and the pump circulates, just like a tap. This pump filters impurities and oils from the cleaning fluid.

After cleaning, the basket with the workpieces is held in the MiJET wash station. With the connected compressed air nozzle the workpieces are blown clean. Excess cleaning fluid is blown off and collects in the MiJET’s container. Afterwards the accumulated liquid is poured out of the container back into the washbasin for further use.

Scope of delivery

Embedded in a working table you get a sink and a MiJET. The MiJET has an opening of 20,3cm or 30,5cm
Only a compressed air connection is necessary to use the wash station.
Furthermore you get a parts basket for cleaning and intermediate storage of the workpieces. The advantage is that small parts can be collected and cleaned in the basket.
