Palletizing gripper 2FGP20 from OnRobot

The 2FGP20 palletizing gripper from OnRobot is an all-rounder in palletizing with a large stroke and adjustable arms for every application. It can be used to effortlessly palletize and move objects that cannot be handled with a vacuum.

Functionality
The design is simple: the objects to be palletized are gripped by the gripper. The maximum weight can be up to 20 kilograms, depending on the robot. In addition to normal gripping, it is now also possible to place intermediate layers effortlessly.
The vacuum pump integrated for this purpose saves additional changing of the gripper and speeds up your palletizing applications.

With its large stroke and arms that can be adapted to customer requirements, the 2FGP20 palletizing gripper from OnRobot is an all-rounder in palletizing. Like all OnRobot electric grippers, the 2FGP20 provides a fast, out-of-the-box solution with intuitive programming. Quick connection is also facilitated by OnRobot’s Quick Changer.

An integrated vacuum gripper places layer pads, all without changing the gripper or another handling method. The 2FGP20 gripper has a versatile payload of 9 kg (including gripper). This makes it ideal for handling food cartons or bags and tetrapacks. Furthermore, it excels at handling fast-moving consumer goods such as toiletries, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products.
