Description

The ProFeeder Q robotic cell from EasyRobotics uses its drawer system and a collaborative robot to easily automate medium and large series.
A cost-effective application that sets new standards in precision machining when combined with a robot from Universal Robots. Equipped with special software and the help of UR+ Caps, set-up times as well as machining times can be greatly reduced. In addition, employees can concentrate more on more important activities and increase productivity.

Structure

The ProFeeder Q robotic cell from EasyRobotics uses its drawer system and a collaborative robot to easily automate medium and large series.
Its carriage is moved up to the robotic cell and pneumatically fixed. Afterwards, the integrated robot arm then pulls the respective drawer into the cell and processes the workpieces. It is not necessary to correct the program. Once the workpieces are finished on a carriage, it can be exchanged within seconds. This reduces machine downtimes to a minimum.

With the latest generation of Universal Robots robots (e-series) and the built-in force moment sensor, the robot cell is safer than ever before. It stops at the slightest deviation of its programming path, e.g. due to a collision or a programming error.
The robot is mounted on a base which can be fixed on three different sides. The base can also be rotated. Thus the robot either sits on a straight surface or is angled at 45°.
A cost-effective application that sets new standards in the field of precision machining when combined with a robot from Universal Robots. The application areas are in the area of machine loading, but also in the measuring range or smaller handling tasks.

Equipped with a special software and the help of UR+ Caps, set-up times as well as machining times can be reduced considerably. In addition, employees can concentrate more on more important activities and increase productivity.

Unmanned operation: Once set up, the ProFeeder Q works unmanned, which makes it indispensable for automated multi-shift operation.

Non-stop production: A second optional trolley can be used to replace the first trolley after it has been processed. This reduces downtimes to a few seconds.

ER+ : A special palletizing software facilitates the installation of the application. Only the dimensions of the workpiece and a quick calibration of the deposit are necessary, then the robot knows where the palletizing level is located and which paths it has to follow. Time-saving and stress-free!

Collaborative robots: By using the latest generation of Universal Robots robots, working with the robot has never been safer or more effective. Thanks to the newly installed force moment sensors in the joints, the robot detects even the smallest collisions and stops to prevent damage.
