Coolant Chiller for processing machines

With Coolant Chiller you can keep the cooling water at a constant temperature. This has a positive effect on the accuracy of your machine. The accuracy and dimensional stability of metalworking machines is largely determined by thermal stability.

The ambient temperature of the machine, the heat of the tools and the chips during machining lead to an increase in the cooling water temperature. What will eventually heat up the machine.

As the machine beds are made of metal, they expand when heated. The opposite is the case when they cool down. This affects the accuracy of the processing machine. A constant control of the manufactured parts becomes necessary. It is also necessary to intervene permanently in the manufacturing process in order to maintain the specified manufacturing tolerances.

Coolant coolers keep the cooling lubricant at a constant temperature. This prevents your machine from constantly heating up and cooling down or expanding and contracting.

In many machining processes, emulsions or oil are used for cooling as well as for lubrication. Rotating spindles and tools and the use of internal cooling systems, often at high pressure, produce a very fine oil mist or emulsion mist in the machining area of the machine.
